1. Data controller

Qrenvyx S.A.S., CUIT 30-71829401-8, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, is the controller of the personal data collected through the site qrenvyx.com.

2. Regulatory framework

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001 and additional rules issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

3. Data we collect

We only collect data voluntarily provided by the user through the access request form: full name and email address. We may additionally collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.

4. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to: (a) manage the user's access request; (b) send information related to the analytical platform; (c) improve the browsing experience; (d) comply with applicable legal obligations. Qrenvyx does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's free, express and informed consent, granted upon accepting this policy when completing the form.

6. Retention period

Data will be retained for as long as the relationship with the user is maintained and for the legally applicable periods. The user may request deletion at any time.

7. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of their data, as set out in articles 14, 15 and 16 of Law 25,326, by email to privacy@qrenvyx.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the enforcement body of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed regarding non-compliance with rules on personal data protection.

8. Security

Qrenvyx implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with article 9 of Law 25,326.

9. International transfers

When using service providers located outside the country, Qrenvyx ensures that such providers offer an adequate level of protection in accordance with Law 25,326.
